A position as Airbus Aerostructures BRM has arisen within Airbus in Hamburg.
DMTM is the team in charge of Information Management activities for the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Transformation deals launched by Airbus Strategy, Business Functions or Divisions. We are leading the IS/IT workstreams for all M&A and Corporate Transformation projects thus coordinating all the IM stakeholders (IM for finance, HR, Operations, ...) to ensure the success of the projects.
Some examples of projects we are/were involved in: Airbus Protect, Airbus Atlantic, Airbus Beluga Transport, Airbus Lifecycle Services Center in China, Airbus HAPS Connectivity Solutions, acquisition of VAS (Satair)... and many more to come!
You will be responsible for the definition and implementation of Airbus Aerostructures IS/IT Day2 (final operation systems), for facilitating the access to the Airbus IM solutions while enforcing the compliance with IM, Governance and Cyber Security directives. We are securing the successful implementation of IM initiatives in Airbus Aerostructures scope, coordinating all the IM stakeholders (Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, DigitalWorkplace, ... ) and other corporate functions like Corporate security, procurement, governance, physical security …
Some examples of initiatives you can be involved in for Airbus Aerostructures: Google workspace whitelisting, Service Level agreement, ERP decision dossier, Connectivity and Infrastructure, Cybersecurity enforcement, Decommissioning of applications used by the Affiliates and their replacement …
As Airbus Aerostructures BRM you will be the privileged interface to Airbus Aerostructures CIO and reporting to senior Airbus DMT Management.

Your tasks and responsibilities
Support Airbus Aerostructures portfolio for critical operational IT issues
Act as an advocate on behalf of Airbus Aerostructures’ stakeholders to ensure IM services & products meet the business priorities and needs of Airbus Aerostructures.
Act as an advocate on behalf of the Airbus IM Products and Services Leaders ( PSLs) to ensure that Airbus Aerostructures also respect the business priorities and needs of the PSLs.
Support Airbus Aerostructures in their Digitalisation, Sustainability improvement, new way of IT working implementation
Ensures, drumbeat and report to Airbus Aerostructures the deployment of the IM solutions
Support operational board to review of IM service performance and Airbus Aerostructures needs
Support the regular review of the IM Service level Agreement (SLA) with Airbus Aerostructures.
Ensure good level of relationship, engagement and satisfaction of Airbus Aerostructures
Desired skills and qualifications
Enrolled full-time student in the area of Digital, Business Administration, Aerospace acumen or an equivalent field of study.
First practical experience in the field of Information Systems and Technologies is desirable
First Project Management experience
IT skills (networks, infrastructure, ERP, data management, cloud, digital workplace, etc) and knowledge
Fluent in German and English
